Staff SecOps Engineer

• Lead incident response and detection efforts to protect platform security.
• Architect and evolve the SecOps platform to meet business requirements.
• Conduct hypothesis-driven hunts and operationalize threat intelligence.
• Develop and evangelize security best practices across the engineering team.

This role ensures the security and reliability of clean energy products, enabling the transition to 100% clean energy and contributing to a more sustainable future.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years combined experience in DevOps, SecOps, Platform Engineering or SRE, with at least 4 years focused on SecOps.
• Offensive security background (red team, pentest, or purple team).
• Strong expertise in cloud security (AWS), infrastructure as code, networking, and Linux.
