Staff Product Manager

• Define the long-term direction and drive massive commercial growth for a strategically important B2B product domain.
• Understand the enterprise mindset of large-scale commercial partners and key accounts, diving deep into their operations and success metrics.
• Act as the ultimate product partner to local country teams, helping them unlock and scale adoption with high-value partners.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, data analysts) around a clear, ambitious product vision.

This role directly contributes to Too Good To Go's mission of ending food waste by scaling platform solutions that enable large-scale enterprise partners to reduce surplus food, thereby cutting global greenhouse gas emissions and saving millions of meals from waste.

• Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role, ideally within a marketplace, platform, or B2B2C technology business.
• Experience within the retail, grocery, or enterprise key account space is a massive differentiator.
• Thrives in ambiguity, manages up with confidence, makes strong decisions without complete information, and inspires cross-functional teams.
