Mission

What you will drive

  • Own end-to-end product design for high-impact initiatives, including discovery, UX design, visual design, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Lead customer research and usability testing to advocate for user needs and inform design decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to architect product vision and strategy.
  • Elevate product design craft by establishing design standards, systems thinking, and a cohesive design philosophy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience leading design for complex problem areas and entire product verticals.
  • Proven track record with B2B SaaS products and early-stage product design teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, UX depth, and navigation of technical/business ambiguity.
  • Experience building and contributing to design systems, with ability to influence through leadership.
