What you will drive
- Provide technical expertise to resolve and fix problems in ChargePoint's array of charging stations.
- Analyze, diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues, documenting analysis in case notes.
- Work collaboratively with other service teams to drive resolution and improve overall uptime.
- Create technical documentation and improve processes and procedures.

- Minimum 6 years in technical support for complex hardware/software solutions.

- Proficiency in CLI interface of Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) or Unix.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
