Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the FERC-mandated interconnection process for large generators connecting to the distribution system, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory timelines.
- Serve as central coordination point between external developers, internal engineering teams, third-party contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead interconnection study processes, report development, and stakeholder meetings; participate in regulatory hearings and industry events.
- Monitor regulatory changes, adjust programs accordingly, and provide training to less experienced colleagues.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Five or more years of utility experience in interconnection, FERC compliance, metering, facility operations, or related technical field; or a degree plus two years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of program/project management, renewable energy technologies, and PGE safety procedures.
- Intermediate knowledge of utility operations, FERC/OPUC regulations, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
