Staff Accountant

• Prepare, review, and post accounting transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bank activity monitoring, payables, and client invoicing.
• Partner with third-party payroll providers and support HR operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience, ideally in public accounting or in-house accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail and integrity.
