Mission
What you will drive
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with policies and funding restrictions.
- Record cash receipts, donations, and revenue transactions, maintaining support for restricted and unrestricted funds.
- Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and support monthly close activities.
- Maintain internal controls, improve AP workflows, and support audit activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in global nonprofit or international NGO.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, restricted funding, and cloud-based ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
