Mission

What you will drive

  • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with policies and funding restrictions.
  • Record cash receipts, donations, and revenue transactions, maintaining support for restricted and unrestricted funds.
  • Prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and support monthly close activities.
  • Maintain internal controls, improve AP workflows, and support audit activities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in global nonprofit or international NGO.
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, restricted funding, and cloud-based ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
