SST Senior Sales Manager – Utility Scale Solutions

• Originate opportunities, build a qualified project pipeline, and own the complete sales cycle for utility-scale SST solutions, converting engagements into long-term revenue.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with solar developers, IPPs, utilities, EPC contractors, and asset owners, building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop strategic account plans, deliver accurate forecasts, and lead responses to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with CTO and Product Group to translate market requirements into product priorities, and represent the company at industry events.

This role accelerates the adoption of innovative solid-state transformer technology for utility-scale solar and storage, enabling more efficient, reliable, and scalable renewable energy integration, thereby contributing to the global transition to clean energy.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering strongly preferred; business/finance considered with deep technical fluency in power conversion equipment.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible sales or business-development experience in utility-scale solar, energy storage, power conversion, or energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated record of personally originating and closing complex, multimillion-dollar utility-scale transactions.
• Named, current decision-maker relationships with U.S. solar developers, IPPs, EPC contractors, utilities, or renewable-energy asset owners.
• Strong understanding of U.S. utility-scale solar market and full project lifecycle; experience leading complex RFP responses and negotiating contracts.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, excellent executive communication, and proficiency with Salesforce.

The OTE range (basic salary and sales compensation) is $195,000 to $340,200, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits. This is a home office position with travel approximately 30-60% within the United States.
