SSO International coordinator

As the SSO International Coordinator, you will:

• Secure international funding and partnerships to support Swift Sports Organisation's community development and health programs.
• Coordinate with potential international donors and represent the organization globally.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure the organization's growth and sustainability.

This role will directly contribute to fighting poverty through sports talent development, empowering single mothers, children, and youth in Uganda, and establishing a recreation center for skill-building and sports science.

• Experience in humanitarian work, community-based organizations, and international fundraising.
• Strong understanding of African culture and the Ugandan context.
• Independent, aggressive, positive, and passionate about the cause.
• Loyal, committed, and trustworthy; able to rebuild trust after past misuse of data.

Swift Sports Organisation is a registered community-based organization in Wakiso district, Uganda, using sports talent to fight poverty and transform lives. Founded in 2018, it runs netball clubs and programs for women, youth, and children, aiming to establish a Swift Recreation Center by 2026/27.
