What you will drive

  • Transform dense white papers, research reports, and POVs into high-impact digital assets (social media graphics, slide decks, webinars, etc.)
  • Translate complex Employee Ownership data into high-fidelity charts and graphics for AI citations and business owner education
  • Maintain and enforce brand identity across all assets, ensuring consistency and authority
  • Create conversion-focused designs for paid digital advertising and lead magnets to drive subscriber growth

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing data visualization, quick-turn digital assets, and sophisticated branding
  • Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Strong project management skills within a shared project tracking ecosystem (Asana)
  • Exceptional ability to distill technical information into clear, persuasive visual narratives
