SSO International coordinator

As SSO International Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate international donor relationships and fundraising efforts to support Swift Sports Organisation's community development and health programs.
• Establish and manage partnerships with international donors, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
• Lead the organization's growth and development, taking it to the next level through strategic fundraising and donor engagement.

This role will directly contribute to fighting poverty through sports talent, transforming lives of disadvantaged people in Uganda, and establishing a recreation center for skill development and sports science by 2026/27.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in humanitarian work, community-based organizations, and fundraising, particularly with international donors.
• Is mature, loyal to the African race, passionate about Swift's cause, independent, aggressive, and positive.
• Understands the meaning of Africa, specifically Uganda, and is fully committed to the organization as a godmother or godfather.

Swift Sports Organisation is a grassroots community-based organization in Wakiso district, Uganda, registered under Nansana municipality. Its vision is fighting poverty through sports talent, with a mission to discover, develop, and promote sports talent. Founded in 2018, it now runs netball, kids, and teens clubs, and aims to establish a Swift Recreation Center by 2026/27.
