Sr Workforce Planning Consultant

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports related to contractor workforce metrics.
• Analyze contractor headcount, spend, tenure, bill rates, supplier performance, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support workforce planning.
• Monitor program KPIs such as fill rates, cycle times, compliance rates, and attrition.

This role helps ensure efficient and effective workforce management at a major utility, supporting reliable energy delivery to millions while optimizing resource use and reducing waste.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, data analysis, or related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data governance and compliance.
