Sr Staff Site Reliability Engineer

• Implement and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure on Amazon EKS.
• Develop observability strategies and optimize data pipelines for reliable data flow.
• Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and champion cloud-first strategies.
• Implement security practices and troubleshoot complex production issues.

This role directly supports the development and operation of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, advancing sustainable air mobility and reducing carbon emissions in aviation.

• 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Amazon EKS, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, Spark).
• Strong background in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and infrastructure-as-code.
• Advanced scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell; proficiency in Docker.
