Sr Software Engineer (iOS) – Digital Products

• Design, develop, maintain, and release iOS applications for Scout Motors' digital products.
• Drive technical architecture and implementation of mobile platform and solutions from the ground up, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement programming best practices, deployment processes, and monitoring for mobile platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development, advocating for adoption of new tools and techniques.

This role contributes to the electrification and digitization of an iconic American vehicle brand, advancing sustainable transportation and reducing environmental impact through electric and hybrid powertrains.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering shipping customer-facing applications on iOS.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles, GraphQL, mobile security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, and mobile release processes.

Base salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 (higher in California: $154,000 - $187,000).
