Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage all aspects of customer project information within the CRM system, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure maximum margin contribution and exceed customer expectations.
  • Support Account Managers and Sales Directors by driving internal departments and following up with customers to close opportunities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales Support experience.
  • BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred) systems.
  • Proven analytical background and excellent communication skills.
