Sr. Program Manager

• Outline, coordinate, and schedule all necessary tasks from order entry to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Manage financial and technical activities for projects, achieving financial and technical objectives.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal departments and managing customer relationships.
• Assess status and risk, generate recovery plans, and support new business proposals.

This role ensures the successful delivery of advanced microwave/RF components for critical defense and aerospace applications, directly supporting national security and technological innovation.

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 15+ years of directly related experience in project management; PMP certification a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project) and general knowledge of ERP/MRP software.
• US Citizen and able to attain/maintain government security clearance.
