Mission

What you will drive

Own the full lifecycle of key access equipment platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers), shaping roadmap strategy and long-term portfolio direction.

Develop and execute Multi-Generation Product/Enhancement Plans aligned to regional and global growth objectives.

Act as the strategic hub across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Service, Marketing, and global teams โ€” driving alignment from concept through commercialization.

Translate voice-of-customer (VOC), competitive insights, and market analysis into differentiated product definitions and compelling value propositions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Technical degree preferred.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
  • Experience in the access equipment, construction equipment, rental, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Direct familiarity with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, or similar platforms.
