Intern, Investments ~ Real Estate, Technology & Growth Team

• Create financial models and analysis to project investment cash flow and returns
• Conduct research to support investment strategies and evaluate transaction opportunities
• Assist in preparing presentations, memos, and analyses for new and existing investments
• Participate in due diligence of prospective investment opportunities

This role supports Brookfield's real estate investments, which include iconic properties and emerging asset classes, contributing to the efficient allocation of capital and development of real estate markets globally.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Interest in investment banking, private equity, consulting, asset management or corporate finance
• Fundamental understanding of applied investment and valuation analysis, financial modeling, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation includes base salary and short-term incentive program (cash bonus), set to be market competitive based on geography, experience, and education.
