• Own cash forecasting, develop analytical models, and produce actionable reporting to inform decision-making and cost improvement.
• Lead business justification processes and ensure efficient capital allocation across programs and teams.
• Drive automation and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop a small, high-performing FP&A team and support IPO readiness efforts.

This role ensures efficient capital allocation and financial discipline, directly enabling the company to accelerate discovery of copper, lithium, and other metals needed for electric vehicles and renewable energy.

• 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in capital-intensive, operationally complex businesses (mining, manufacturing, aerospace, energy, or similar).
• Experience managing small efficient teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and direct experience with ERP systems; SQL or Python comfort a strong plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to align finance with commercial and operational needs.
