Sr Manager- Agile Digital Delivery & PMO

• Lead agile project teams to deliver high-performance digital projects using agile methodologies.
• Manage financial, budget, and procurement processes including forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with global and local digital planning, solution engineering, and change management teams to orchestrate delivery at portfolio and squad levels.
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and best practices for Agile Project Management.

This role enables Iberdrola to modernize its digital delivery processes, improving efficiency and customer service while supporting the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital project delivery, preferably in the Energy and Utility industry.
• Previous management/supervisory experience with strong vendor relationship management skills.
• Financial management experience including forecasting, budgeting, and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum planning at scale; PMP or Scrum certification preferred.

Base salary range: $134,720 - $193,600 per year, dependent upon experience and location. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
