What you will drive
- Market integrated delivery projects directly to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience.
- Serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, identifying and closing opportunities for ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions.
- Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and cross-functional resource management to bring deals from idea to execution.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry dealing with complex solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables.
- Experience interpreting financial models and communicating financial health of deals.
