Sr AI Human-centered Design Strategist

• Protect UX quality and trust by preventing decline from AI-generated fragmented outputs.
• Govern the Enterprise Design System (EDS) and AI Toolchain to ensure AI uses real enterprise components and enforces accessibility and interaction quality gates.
• Optimize design cycles, reduce rework, improve accessibility, and ensure consistent AI outputs.
• Implement human-in-the-loop validation and lead rapid prototyping using modern AI tools.

This role ensures that AI-generated design outputs remain consistent, accessible, and aligned with enterprise standards, enabling faster delivery with less rework and higher adoption, ultimately improving the customer experience and operational efficiency in the energy sector.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active certification in AI Product Design or Human-Centered AI (e.g., Designlab, BrainStation, NN/g, IDEO U, MIT, Brown, Uxcel).
• Hands-on experience with LLM architectures, RAG systems, or advanced prompt engineering.
• Proven track record with a portfolio of shipped products integrating AI into user-facing applications.
