Mission

What you will drive

The Development department is AIUSA’s primary driver of income generation and supports AIUSA’s mission and Amnesty International’s global human rights initiatives. The department’s goal is to ensure long-term financial sustainability by identifying new revenue streams, while also prioritizing retention, engagement, and upgrades of our existing supporter base through extraordinary donor experiences that inspire them to become life-long supporters. The Monthly Giving Specialist is part of the Monthly Giving Team and reports to the Senior Director of Monthly Giving. The role provides a wide range of support, including growing acquisition, increasing retention rates, and managing data maintenance across the monthly giving channels. In addition to supporting the growth of recurring donations, the Monthly Giving Specialist will also work creatively to develop and test methods for optimizing donation conversions. This position also manages relationships with vendors at a strategic level.
