Mission
What you will drive
- Support the Fund Director in implementing a development strategy to raise funds for pro-democracy civil society protection.
- Manage donor pipeline activities including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of small-to-mid-level donors.
- Write, edit, and submit grant proposals and reports; create and maintain fundraising materials.
- Manage the fund's development calendar, donor database, and coordinate with the fiscal sponsor team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7-9 years of relevant nonprofit/fundraising experience and a bachelor's degree (or similar experience).
- Proven project management skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable).
- Experience raising money from charitable foundations and/or individual donors.
