Operations Manager

• Design, lead, and improve internal systems, infrastructure, and operational practices to support a dynamic team.
• Manage IT systems, security protocols, and staff training on cybersecurity and data handling.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure streamlined workflows for new staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.

This role strengthens the internal infrastructure of an organization that builds power for Black LGBTQIA+ migrants, directly supporting their liberation and challenging oppressive systems.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in similar operations roles.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Zoom, LastPass, Box, and comparable tools.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with safety/security, language justice, and disability justice work preferred.
