Special Projects Officer, Strategy

Support AIM's executive team by researching and executing strategic initiatives, from analysing opportunities to launching new organisations.
- Conduct strategic analyses and recommendations on opportunities such as regranting budgets, new philanthropic efforts, or founder support programmes.
- Help exceptional founders develop fundable strategic plans and connect them with AIM's network to launch new organisations.
- Design and build new programmes, processes, or support functions for AIM's portfolio of incubated charities.
- Requires analytical mindset, strong writing, numeracy for cost-effectiveness modelling, and ability to move between analysis and implementation.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or analyst roles with client exposure strongly valued.
