Solutions Consultant - Financial Services

• Provide pre-sales support for financial reporting solutions targeting Financial Services (Alternative Investments, Insurance/Reinsurance, Banking).
• Deliver technical and architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging to prospective clients and current customers.
• Develop example solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to demonstrate the viability and value of Workiva's platform.

This role helps financial services organizations navigate complex reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance, which builds trust and transparency in the financial system.

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Experience selling to or working in Investments/Asset Management, Insurance, or Banking industries.
• Preferred: Experience with financial reporting technology (e.g., Allvue, SS&C, Yardi, Investran, Oracle, Workday, SAP) and SaaS/cloud technologies.

On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 127,000 - 203,000 USD Annual. Eligible for commission based on sales performance. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
