Solution Development Consultant

• Own the hardest customer problems end-to-end, driving them from prototype to stable production across multiple deployments.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that address real customer challenges, building, testing, and operationalizing solutions with appropriate controls for regulated environments.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, facilitating executive discussions, technical workshops, and solution reviews.
• Contribute to a compounding knowledge base by sharing patterns, methods, and field learnings with the team.

This role enables organizations to navigate complex regulatory and reporting challenges with AI-powered solutions, enhancing transparency, trust, and efficiency in financial, sustainability, and compliance domains.

• 5+ years of experience delivering software solutions to enterprise customers.
• Experience with reporting and analytics technology, financial, sustainability, governance, risk, compliance, or adjacent domains.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or comparable ecosystems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and AI application lifecycle management.

Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
