Research Assistant - Human Factors

• Operate and troubleshoot prototype hardware systems
• Moderate user studies with diverse participants, including troubleshooting and proposing corrective actions
• Assist with layout and setup of study sites, and communicate progress updates to clients and project managers
• Support statistical programming and management of large databases

This role contributes to creating safer, healthier, and more sustainable products by conducting human factors research that informs consumer product development and ensures user safety.

• B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Cognitive Sciences, Psychology, Neuroscience, Human Factors, or related fields
• Experience with human subjects testing, usability testing, or surveys preferred
• Experience with budgeting or project management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
