Solution Architect- Quality and Improvements

• Own the overall solution design and development for utility customers, working with global engineering teams.
• Devise and own the gate process for each project to ensure technical soundness and on-time, quality launches.
• Coordinate communication between Product Management and implementation teams regarding issues and risks impacting new product launches.
• Create a robust structure for continuous improvement of technical implementations and product solutions.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent engineering field.
• 3-6 years of proven expertise in developing and driving solution development for cloud-based implementations, especially in B2B domain.
• Excellent track record of designing and delivering system architecture, implementation, and deployment of successful solutions in a customer-facing role with large enterprises.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills; ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
