Solar Project Developer

• Manage all aspects of solar project development from early stages through completion, including site evaluation, engineering coordination, permitting, and financing.
• Support municipalities by researching laws and energy markets, conducting outreach, and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Track project timelines, tasks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

This role enables municipalities to own solar projects, maximizing community benefits and advancing clean energy adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of renewable energy project development experience.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and project lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Remote, full-time role with occasional in-person site visits. Salary range $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience. Eligible for healthcare benefits.
