Mission
What you will drive
- Provide technical support to customer-facing teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for the Document Platform, Regulated Reporting, and Sustainability Reporting.
- Manage incidents, coordinate resources for quick resolution, and ensure accurate documentation for continuous improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in software, QA, support, or related IT fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of industry standard word processing/collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of a software platform.
