Software Engineering Manager - Optimisation Team

• At least two years of engineering management experience or equivalent leading and growing a team.
• Track record of leading Machine Learning engineers to be happy and successful.
• Strong communication skills with genuine empathy and a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in optimization models, time series forecasting, or building automated data-driven decision systems.
