Software Engineer - India GDC (Gurugram)

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end application components covering front-end user experiences and backend services.
• Develop production-ready Python FastAPI services, React/Next.js front-end applications, and API-driven integrations.
• Contribute to building maintainable, testable, and secure solutions aligned with ERM’s engineering standards.

This role enables ERM to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure digital products that support environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives, helping clients achieve their sustainability goals.

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills with hands-on experience in FastAPI.
• Experience building modern front-end applications using React or Next.js.
• Strong understanding of API design, relational databases (SQL), and secure development practices.
