Interim Finance Business Partner (Contract)

• Own, optimize, and scale end-to-end workforce planning and People/Workplace financial models.
• Lead global headcount modeling, scenario analysis, and re-forecasting.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for HR and Workplace cost centers.
• Act as primary Finance Business Partner to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders.

This role directly supports PVcase's mission to accelerate solar energy deployment by ensuring efficient financial operations and strategic workforce planning, enabling the organization to scale its impact in renewable energy.

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering (tech/SaaS/scale-up preferred).
• Experience owning complex people-cost models and global payroll mechanics.
• Exceptional communication skills to challenge assumptions and translate financial concepts.
• Hands-on experience with planning/budgeting tools (TM1/Cognos, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar).
