Social Content Creator (Contract)

• Write, film, and appear on camera to create social video content for ParentsTogether's core channels and franchise accounts.
• Develop and operate 1-3 amplifier accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, blending interest-based and issue-based content.
• Monitor social channels, moderate comments, and surface audience insights to inform content strategy.

This role helps build a community of empowered parents by creating relatable, engaging content that informs and mobilizes families, ultimately driving positive change for children and families across the US.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in social content creation, digital media, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong on-camera presence and platform fluency with Instagram, TikTok, and social video best practices.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and self-sufficient filming setup.
• Alignment with ParentsTogether's mission and strong writing skills across formats.

Independent contractor role with performance-based compensation: tiered per-piece base rate plus bonuses for viral content (500K+ views), rapid-response assignments, and volume output. Strong performers can earn $6,000–$8,000+ per month. Initial 6-month contract, ~25-30 hours/week. Flexible schedule with collaboration in Eastern Time.
