Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites - Remote (U.S.)

• Develop and lead cross-functional teams to support utility and land development for data center projects.
• Manage multiple moderate-to-large scale projects, including due diligence, zoning, permitting, and offsite infrastructure.
• Build trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory entities while driving risk mitigation strategies.
• Train and deploy machine-learning based program management platforms (AI4Eng).

This role enables the expansion of next-generation digital infrastructure, supporting the backbone of modern technology while promoting sustainable and community-sensitive development practices.

• Experience in program management for data center site development or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and direct reports.
• Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and schedule adherence.
• Familiarity with machine learning tools for project management is a plus.
