Lead Autonomy Behavior Engineer

• Design, implement, and test state-of-the-art robotics software in C/C++ for autonomous vehicle behavior and control.
• Lead code quality activities, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop software and system requirements.
• Develop unit and simulation tests, execute on-vehicle tests, and diagnose issues from field data.

This role directly advances autonomous vehicle technology that reduces congestion, expands access, and fosters greener, more livable communities, contributing to safer and more sustainable urban environments.

• 7+ years of industry experience working on real-world robot systems with at least two commercial projects.
• Expert understanding of behavior planning, decision making under uncertainty, path planning, probabilistic reasoning, prediction, machine learning, trajectory generation, controls, or localization.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and expertise with Linux development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
