Site Quality Manager

• Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality, and ensure alignment with project quality plans and customer expectations.
• Set up and educate site personnel in the quality management system, including completion systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
• Organize and supervise acceptance testing, inspections, and audits, ensuring quality control processes are fully implemented and monitored.
• Follow up on quality KPIs, non-conformance reports, and completion system status to support on-time and in-budget project execution.

This role ensures that Hitachi Energy's site projects meet the highest quality standards, directly contributing to reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure that benefits communities and the environment.

• Technical/engineering/quality management education – minimum bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years construction quality site experience or in operations.
• Power or energy industry experience.
• ISO9001 knowledge, L6S Belt, MS Office suite.
