Short-Term Consultancy : MHPSS Expert on WHO QualityRights: Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) – Health & Protection Direction

• Develop short practical guidance materials on integrating WHO QualityRights into HI programmes.
• Create donor positioning elements and a light roadmap template for country missions.
• Facilitate an internal webinar for HI teams on rights-based MHPSS approaches.

This consultancy will help integrate rights-based approaches into HI's MHPSS programmes, ensuring that mental health services respect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities and psychosocial disabilities in humanitarian and development contexts.

• Expertise in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and WHO QualityRights.
