What you will drive

  • Lead the solution, design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow modules in compliance with required system processes and procedures.
  • Assume full ownership of solution and manage small to mid-size projects from planning through implementation, including resourcing, solution design, development, testing, and handover to support teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to frame, structure, and prioritize business data needs, and deliver high-quality products consistently on schedule and on budget.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field plus 9 years of experience as an architect on ServiceNow platform (or Masterโ€™s plus 7 years).
  • Technical expertise with ServiceNow modules including ITOM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD, SAM, HAM, ITSM, and CMDB.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, CSS, HTML, REST APIs, databases, and ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, UI Builder, Scoped applications, Integration Hub).
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, information security, enterprise applications, and business users.
