Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and coach a team of service tender specialists to draft high-quality tender submittals.
- Create timely tenders and proposals based on customer ITTs, RFQs, specifications, and designs.
- Evaluate client requirements, assess commercial terms, and formulate competitive bids considering technical and commercial factors.
- Manage preparation of technical, financial, and operational aspects of bids, identifying risks and opportunities.

What makes you a great fit
- Self-starter with a track record in building, leading, and coaching teams.

- Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Industry sector knowledge desired, ideally across Datacenters, Renewables, Power Quality, and substation design.
