What you will drive
- Lead, coach and develop a team of service sales professionals to achieve growth targets.
- Execute service sales plans focusing on installed-base penetration, renewals, and new customer acquisition.
- Manage CRM pipeline, ensure opportunity qualification, and provide accurate reporting.
- Build long-term customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable service solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong track record in service sales, especially new service business and long-term contracts.
- Experience selling services/solutions in energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
- Proven people management experience with passion for coaching sales talent.
- Engineering background (minimum HNC preferred) and knowledge of HV/MV systems desirable.
