What you will drive

  • Raise purchase orders and invoices; manage supplier processes; support onboarding of new scopes; track overtime and cost allocation.
  • Maintain sales, billing and supplier reports; perform cost analysis; support CTC calculations; review credit notes and cancellations.
  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking; maintain project documentation; monitor cost/schedule performance; support stakeholder coordination.
  • Participate in contract reviews; analyze performance data; support continuous improvement and reporting accuracy.
