Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead end-to-end research across the Financial Reporting product portfolio, from discovery through evaluative studies.
  • Design and execute qualitative, quantitative, and experimental research strategies that inform product direction, roadmap decisions, and customer value.
  • Partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, reduce product risk, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop research methods for AI-powered experiences, including approaches for evaluating trust, usability, adoption, and human-AI interaction.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX research for digital products in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience researching AI-powered or Generative AI product experiences.
