Senior Urban Planner & Designer (Roster - Multiple Locations)

• Lead or support the development of strategic spatial plans, master plans, urban regeneration frameworks, and city transformation strategies.
• Integrate land use, mobility, infrastructure, housing, public realm, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience into planning outputs.
• Provide technical advisory support to government counterparts on urban reform and spatial planning systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination, workshops, and participatory planning sessions.

This role contributes to sustainable urbanisation and city transformation aligned with national development strategies and SDG priorities, improving liveability, climate resilience, and equitable access to urban spaces.

• University degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Regional Planning, or related field; Master's preferred for senior roles.
• 5-20 years of progressively responsible experience in urban planning, urban design, or spatial development.
• Proficiency in GIS, spatial analysis, mapping, and urban data interpretation.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
