Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, stakeholder alignment, and offer creation/negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and nurture passive candidates, and proactively build strategic talent pipelines aligned with Jua.ai’s growth roadmap.
• Advise on best practices for interview processes, assessments, and candidate experience; ensure compliance with Swiss labour law, visa and immigration requirements.
• Act as an ambassador for Jua.ai by representing us at events and running employer branding initiatives; support People Operations projects and drive cultural and engagement initiatives.

By recruiting top technical talent, you will directly enable Jua to build Physical AI models that help power the global energy buildout and advance foundational technologies for energy, robotics, and superintelligence, creating positive change through sustainable innovation.

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in Switzerland hiring engineering and technical talent for startups and scaleups.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and discuss technical concepts (e.g., model training, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, or data pipelines) with hiring teams and candidates.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, frameworks, academic institutions, conferences, and open-source communities.
• Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle; basic knowledge of Swiss labour law, employment practices, and work visa and immigration regulations.
