Senior Technical Recruiter

• Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and build strong technical pipelines.
• Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and improve recruiting effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Salary range: $116,000 - $164,000, plus competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, short & long term disability, life insurance, three weeks paid vacation, 12 paid holidays, unlimited sick time, and paid parental leave.
