Senior Technical Project Manager, Growth Solutions

• Drive execution quality across mixed-shore teams, maintaining high standards for sequencing and momentum while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Partner on roadmap strategy by collaborating with Product to pressure-test priorities and surface dependencies, ensuring customer signals are reflected in AI-augmented development plans.
• Apply adaptive methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma) and lead decision-driven program reviews with cross-functional leadership.
• Continuously evolve processes with engineering leadership to optimize workflows for AI-augmented development cycles.

This role enables the development of AI-native products that help organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny, ultimately bringing technology to market that executives, boards, and regulators depend on.

• 6+ years of technical project/program management experience within a software engineering environment.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• Active, hands-on experience using AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based workflows).
• Ability to engage substantively in technical discussions and strong data analysis skills.

Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
