(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner

Build and leverage talent networks to drive recruitment for an impact-focused foundation and its partner organizations across Africa and Asia.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with exceptional professionals across key geographies and sectors; source top talent through structured networking when roles open.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Prevail and partner organizations, ensuring excellent candidate experiences and consistent delivery.
- Support partner organizations with hiring needs, including embedding with teams to strengthen recruitment operations and fill critical roles.
- Track metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Requires proven track record building and maintaining professional networks; experience running full-cycle recruitment (executive search, in-house TA, or equivalent).
